What is the “Florida Ready to Work” Program?  Employers are always glad to find local quality candidates. However, getting all the correct attributes - good attitude, competency, strong work ethic and work-related skills - may be challenging at times. The State of Florida created "Florida Ready to Work" and is now promoting this innovative employee-credentialing program geared to assist employers in selecting candidates for their openings.
